About Your Local Building Company

Warburton Renovations was founded by Allan Warburton and his wife Bettinna in 1980, specialising in the renovation and refurbishment of residential property to a high standard.

Qualified and Experienced Tradesmen

Warburton Renovations firmly believes that all work should be done by qualified tradesmen and is to be finished to a high standard. In 2005 it joined the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) after their inspection of their latest project, a 6 bedroom, detached bungalow.

Allan is a time served bricklayer having completed his indentures in 1977 as well as obtaining his City and Guilds in Brickwork in the same year. Bettinna has a degree in Accountancy and Finance and is a Management Accountant.

Warburton Renovations has a good working relationship with various builder's merchants including the Wolseley group where it has an ongoing credit facility of £20,000

Warburton Renovations has Public Liability Insurance to the value of £2 million.

Equipped to Manage Larger Building Projects

A good stock of building products is also carried as well as a vast range of plant and equipment including 2 mini diggers - 1.5 tonne and 7.5 tonne, a skid steer loader with pallet forks, loading shovel and grab, tractors and various plant trailers including a new 10-ton dump trailer. All hand tools are purchased and maintained to current site standards.
